First time customer of Zerorez, and I was very pleased with the entire process. Setting up service was easy, I received reminders of my Appt, was told, between 8:00 and 11:00 and I got a call about 8:15, saying they were on the way.
Great question and answer between myself and Justin and Daniel about the service and the after care. They even came outside to get me and show me with the black light thingie, an area with old dog pee. I had them perform the treatment for that.
Super pleased and planning on using them to clean my air ducts.

The technicians did an EXCELLENT JOB of cleaning the carpet and explaining the entire process. I was extremely impressed with their work, especially the stains they were able to remove which included dried blood. I used this service previously back in December of last year with the same results. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone and will definitely use them again when the need arises. Over the years, I have used a number of different carpet cleaning services and this company is by and far head and shoulders above the rest.

My house smells amazing! The customer service is impeccable from the person who answers my call and set up the appointment to the gentleman Justin that came to my house to work on the carpet.
